Certification of Primary Cement Design

Service Description

Jessica has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas since 2013. She has performed over 1000 certifications and recertifications for primary and abandonment cementing to meet the requirements of Part 250 subparts D and Q of the Code of Federal Regulations. Primary cementing certifications are required for each cemented casing string. All primary cement certifications will be performed and returned within 72 hours. If your wellbore changes, a recertification may be necessary. Jessica offers verbal certifications and fast turn around time on certifications, as well, to keep your operations on track during these times. All primary certifications cover the isolation requirements set forth in CFR 250§ 420, 421, and where applicable 428.
