Jessica has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas since 2013. She has performed over 1000 certifications and recertifications for primary and abandonment cementing to meet the requirements of Part 250 Subparts D and Q of the Code of Federal Regulations. Abandonment certifications are needed per well. All abandonment cement certifications will be performed and returned within 48hrs. If your abandonment plans change, a recertification may be necessary. Jessica offers verbal certifications and fast turnaround time to keep your operations on track during these times. All abandonment certifications cover the isolation requirements set forth in CFR 250§ 1712, 1715, and where applicable 1721
